The Ash Wood is a hand forged 5 piece chef knife set This set is forged out of beautiful and mighty Damascus steel which maintains a razor sharp edge, yet is hard and flexible. We use high quality materials sourced from all over the world and are excited to bring you a knife set that will truly be the Master piece of your knife collection.

Our Damascus steel is imported from the middle east and carbon steel from the far east. The handles are made from natural wood. All of our knives are assembled and inspected in America.
